How to stay happy and positive! If you want to know the answer of this then feel relaxed.

I am here with certain ways that just gonna make little changes in your life to be the happiest person that you can be in the best version of yourself.

I wrote down a bunch of tips that I like to personally do.It helps me to stay happy and positive and not to be so negative or get out of a funk.

Make your life positive and happy by these simple key points

Always think positive: Try to look at the bright side

Let’s just begin with the tip the first tip I have doesn’t always look at the negative.

I am prone to doing this sometimes where I tend to over analyse certain situations or I tend to look at the what-ifs and realistically you shouldn’t do that because that is going to drive you crazy.

Make sure when you have a situation try to always look at the bright side try not to always look at the negative tip.

Surround yourself with positive people

This is an important one and I learned this lesson in previous years. It’s just surrounding you with those, that care and loves you.

In 2015 I had a few people in my life that I thought would be my life forever and they are currently no longer a part of my life which is totally crazy.

At the end of the day, you don’t want to be surrounded by people that don’t care about you and don’t want the best for you.

You want to be around the people that make you smile and care about you and will help you and will support you no matter what your decisions or choices are in your life.

I’ve definitely learned that in the year 2015 that don’t surround yourself with people that are negative or bringing your life down.

Surround yourself with people that make you happy and make you laugh and don’t just bring you down and pick on you that just really means that maybe they’re not meant for your life

It’s okay to have people come and go out of your life. It may be hard but at the same time, I believe everything happens for a reason.

People come in and out of your life to kind of teach you a lesson and to teach you and for you to grow and just be able to become the person who is you who you’re supposed to be.

Do the things you love and which makes you happy

Tip number three is to do the things you want to do so.If you want to go out and you want to go shopping.

If you want to go out and play soccer or join a sports team then you go do that.

Do the things you want to do. Do the things you love. Don’t do things that other people are doing that you don’t want to do but they’re doing it so.

You think you should do the things that make you happy and what you love to do it. Learn to stay motivated at hard times.

Share your feelings by writing if there is no one around

Tip number four whenever you’re feeling too much for you. Don’t feel like you have none to talk to its. Behalf is to write your feelings in a journal.

I just got back into this recently. It’s a very therapeutic to be able to write all your thoughts down and instead of taking out our people to just write it all down and get it off your chest.

I think it is so therapeutic and will help you to stay happier and positive.

You should let go of things because it’s not good to hold everything inside. Eventually, it’s going to get to you and then it’s just gonna be like an explosion.

You need to be able to get those feelings out and journaling. I feel like it’s a great way to get those feelings out.

Listen to smooth songs that can make you happy

tip number five is to listen to happy music. I listen to music that makes me happy.

It puts me in a better mood instead of listening to music that’s very depressing or really sad.

Listen whatever makes you happy. I like to listen to uplifting music instead of listening to more slower songs.

I just feel whenever i listen to more slower songs or songs that are kind of more emotional, i tend to myself get into that feeling.

If I listen to uplifting music, I feel happier and I feel more excited.

I just love that tip of listening to music. I’m a huge music lover.

Music definitely affects my mood and i know it does with a lot of people as well.

Stay healthy: Eat healthily and do exercise and meditation

Tip number six is just to be healthier and this could be hard for some people.

At the same time, I find when I’m healthier. eating right, exercising and even if you do meditation or yoga that’s a great way to clear your mind.

I just find I feel better about myself and I feel happier with myself if I’m being healthier.

If I’m just eating junk food and laying on the bed and not doing anything with my life for not exercising.

I feel bad inside and in turn, I don’t feel as happy as when I am healthiest and I’m exercising.

Surround yourself with motivational quotes

Tip number seven this is a tip I like to look at especially when I’m feeling down and that is to look at things that inspire you.

One thing I like to do is look at inspiring quotes whether that’s on google images on pictures on Tumblr.

I like to put things in my room that make me inspired whether that’s canvases or pictures and write cute quotes on them.

I like to have my background on my computer my phone and inspirational pool.

I just think surrounding yourself with positivism and surrounding yourself with motivational quotes and things like that will just make you feel more inspired and more motivated to have a good day.

Disconnect yourself from social media: Give some time to yourself

Tip number eight is to disconnect yourself. Once in a while turn off your cell phone or put it on airplane mode.

Take a break from social media. Be by yourself whether that’s watching a movie or just writing down your feelings or something.

Just disconnect yourself from social media because I know social media is a great thing but at the same time, it is also can be overwhelming.

Sometimes it’s good to just cut all connections and to just spend time on your own and on yourself and kind of reflect on everything that you’re going through.

Reflect on your day or something like that and just take a time to yourself I think is really important.

Make a memory jar: Flashback of good memory

Tip number 10 is one of my things that I’m doing for the new year so I created a memory jar.

I think that’s a great way to keep yourself happy and basically what a memory jar is.You put in little notes of things that you may have accomplished or went to you put those in the memory jar.

For example:-

If you go on vacation or for me if I achieved something big. I like to write that old down put it in my jar.

Sometimes if you’re feeling down you can look back on it and pull something out just read all the great memories that you’ve had this.

Instead of focusing on something bad that’s occurring to you right now. Try to stop overthinking.

Although you may feel like you’re a bad space in the moment everything gets better as much as cliche.

I know how it is to feel so low where you just don’t think anything’s gonna get better and you think that your life is over and this is the end.

You think like you’re never going to be happy and you’re never going to know what it is to be happy anymore but everything passes it just takes time.

Sometimes it takes longer for other people but to stay positive and to stay focused is what results in positivism and happiness in your life.

I really hope these tips help you guys because either something that I like to do to keep myself happy or to get myself out of a funk if I’m feeling down.
